day one fine did it all without a glitch and it was the hardest day cos i was working all day and all night but i had the willpower.
unfortunately when my friend bought in a box of chocolates my will broke :( i feel pissed off especially since after i weighed myself on sunday morning i’d lost at least 2 pounds which are now back on after eating on sunday – i only ate healthily though (ish) and i went to the gym both days.
so since i can’t do the full 10 days anymore (also i’m having a housewarming on friday so i can’t get away from drinking/eating.
SO i am now doing one week of the detox starting from tomorrow (then its a round week until i go to leeds fest) instead of launching straight into it from binging i thought i should use these 2 days to ease myself into it – so today i’m just eating healthy again and going to the gym.
also got paid today so i can go shopping for more bloody lemons ha and i’ve got a flask now so i can fill it and take it around with me.
from tomorrow i am DETERMINED (AGAIN ha) but i already feel more in the the mental frame since i’ve been going to the gym – i’m getting back into my get fit routine i can feel it – next week will be no problem….um
just gotta keep thinking of looking skinny and brown in my denim shorts!

decision reached through practicality – uni wont let me do the work long distance and obv no way in hell am i giving up my job.
relived that i didn’t actually have to make a decision myself!

Day one of my 10 day maple syrup diet detox and I am feeling determined! ITs now or never its only 12 days til leeds fest and I do NOT want to go feeling fat and self conscience in my denin shorts!
I am gng to use this as a master cleanse before starting afresh on my new healthy but sustainable diet for life !
Goal is to lose 20 pounds which is what the diet promises if u follow it properly…
Its gonna be so tough esp with the sort of hours I work – but am also gng to go to the gym as much as I can until I faint ha
So for 10 days all I’ll consume a day is 6 or more glasses of lemon juice maple syrup and caynenne pepper – it actually doesn’t taste as bad as I thought – gng to go downstairs and make the days mixture soon. Then gng to gym and then a all night shift at my 2nd nightclub job til 6am – the weekend will be the hardest I think – and monday but once I’ve got half way through I know I won’t quit – its always starting that’s the hardest cos u get all the cravings etc
Wish me luck I’ll keep updated with my progress !
