I was laid off in September of 2008 and have upped my workout routines and into strength training so that while I am unemployed I DO NOT gain weight. I started doing Step Aerobics in my apartment last night after several failed attempts to go out for a walk. I live in Tacoma, Washington where it rains heavily from time to time especially now but have moved my workouts indoors on wet days so now I don’t have to do without.

How I did it
How I did it: I have a Total Gym, a bench so I can do strength training each day. I have made a workout area in my home so that I have a place to do AB workouts, movements for my lower body, plus Pilates, and yoga. Having all these things besides trying to eat healthy mos the time has helped me to lose 25 lbs so far. I am continuing to workout and eat healthy so that by September I will be back to my usual weight of 125. Read how I did it…
