A friend of mine mentioned really liking my photography cards and that she would love to send some to her family/friends. I made her a batch and sent them to her as a surprise in the mail. She loved getting them and I hope her recipients enjoy them as well.

I noticed an elderly couple in the hallway outside my laboratory yesterday. (We don’t get a lot of visitors in my part of the hospital). When I went out to them they told me they were lost, so I walked them to where they needed to go.
Visited a good friend/co-worker of mine in the hospital. He was placed in our cardiovascular unit and hooked up to (what seemed like) a million IVs and monitors, and most of my other co-workers I think were too uncomfortable or nervous to visit him like that. I could tell he was really grateful for my company and my get well present. Now he’s home and feeling much better and I’m so happy he’s making a strong recovery.
