friday, 20 November 09: 5 miles, 40.30 mins on the treadmill

it was raining while i was waking up this morning. so, i didn’t need to hurry to bring my cousin to school and so i had plenty of time to run. i started at 7.0 mph and then speeded up to 7.5 and kept running until i reached 5 miles. it was my first 5 miles since coming back from holiday. so glad that i could collect myself back to the old running distance.. tomorrow is going to be a run on the hill at home but still not so sure yet, depends on the weather and the mood.. however, among saturday and sunday, i have to run at least 1 day.. happy weekend to everyone!

Letting go is not just setting the other person free, but is also setting yourself free from all the bitterness, hatred, and anger that you keep in your heart. Do not let the bitterness take away your strength and weaken your faith, and never allow pain to dishearten you; but rather let yourself grow with wisdom in bearing it.
