Each summer I go to the local fairs and look at all the photographs and wonder to myself if any of my photographs would be worthy of the blue ribbon. I tend to forget about it each year until just before the fair when I assume it is too late. I need to check into the admission process and see what I need to do to enter my photographs.
I would love to pass the PE exam…hopefully I can pass the 8-hour portion this October and then the 2 four hour exams next April. Passing this test will complete the process…
