After thirteen months of logging the days when I had sweets, I decided to make February a sweet free month and see how it goes. I have been thirteen months soda free, so it seemed like a worthwhile endeavor. With the cravings diminished, so far so good. Hopefully, I will keep it up in March.

I have been logging the nights I get eight hours of sleep. Not entirely successful, but it helps to measure progress.
Our home expansion project has started and we are looking a changing to a newer, more efficient heating system. This may allow us to integrate the heating system with water tank. We may even use solar hot water to then reduce the energy we use for heating our water.
