I now have a new focus, so I am marking this goal complete. I am sure this will be an ongoing thing, but I think if I keep my mind busy, it will take care of itself.
The important thing is to want something badly enough to keep your mind on it. Someone once said (I don’t know who) “No problem can survive the assault of sustained thinking.”

I am marking this complete because I have been eating healthier for a few months now.
More salads and fruit; almost no fast food; less red meat and healthier snacks.
Since this goal is sufficiently vague, I feel like I have achieved it. I will now work on some more specific goals.

This is one of those goals that I could do once every three or four months. Taking a doy off to do nothing but reflect is a good plan.
