How I did it: so i finally finnshed my goal of running 500 miles while I was in Africa... I actually eneded up running 555 miles and I participated in the Grand Bara Run which was a rewarding experience in its own right... I miss runnig in Africa no that Im back in the states... I miss the red African clay under my feet and the little desert animals scurring off as I run off the beaten path on t a trail that hasn't ever really been ran before... I miss… Read how I did it…

Starting a new job tommorrow, got a new place, moved all the way from Florida, I would have liked to have ended up in an entirly new place, seeing as I’ve already lived in Virginia, but my girl will be moving up here soon and we will be starting a new adventure togeather, we have been in a weekend commute relationship way to long and now we are actually going to be togeather at last… Pretty excited about my new job and the adventures of the future.
