Been wanting to do this ever since I’ve been a kid. I think this year will be the year I do it.
What’s a good way to measure progress on this?
I’m about 170lbs and ~11-12bf…starting to see abs showing up. I’m cutting until Labor Day (Sept 3) and hopefull will be <10% bf by then.
So I finally learned how to swim/thread water in March. Now it’s just getting to do it without exhausting myself—staying relaxed, etc.
