Just pace yourself, have a little stool next to your concept 2 with some gatorade, chocolate, Gu, etc. and set your machine in front of a tv with some good movies, or have an ipod set to a three or four hour playlist of songs that will keep you motivated. I do it as a periodic workout in about 3:05-3:10
