Today's Plan

This is the plan, written up in advance:

Breakfast: oatmeal and whey protein

Lunch: salad with chickpeas, olive oil, vinegar; 2-4 egg whites depending on how hungry I am; 1 apple with natural/organic peanut butter

Snack (if needed): bowl of steamed veggies

Dinner: something with protein, vegetables, and whole grains…. maybe stir fry with minimal oil… but I HAVE to eat dinner today! I didn’t eat dinner yesterday and that was ultimately a really bad decision.

I'm going to do this!

It never occurred to me to make this a goal. I’m going to try it right now!
