is it just me or are these things addicting. ive tried dipping to quit and ease out of it,blahhhhhhhhh, ive tried just smoking 10 a day and decreasing each day till i quit, didnt work. so now im gonna try the gum AND the decreasing or something like that. lets see if this works.
All they ate were natural and nonprocessed food, thats all we need to lose weight and be healty, so im eating like a caveman.
