I'm doing 3 things
Currently I am working at Ningbo China as an Industrial Engineer. I have been working with my company for more than a year now and so I far I havent fulfilled my career objective which is to learn and grow…. I dont feel that there is much of a challenge.
Things are more complicated to explain why my company is far worst in terms of business perspective. I have no problem my coordination with my boss neither to my subordinates but how things are done/ handled are very illogical and irresponsible. And I dont feel happy anymore.
But there are far other considerations other me being happy with my job such will I be able to find another job here at China where I am a foreigner and my Chinese is not yet very good. I cant afford to immediately go home without a back-up plan because life in Phils is not so easy anymore and its even getting worst…..
