I really want to practice each day for 1hr but I keep making excuses and not doing it. I am going to start with 30min each day and see how I go.
I am getting better, but I find myself worrying about the smallest things someone will say something minor to me in passing and I will take it to heart and won’t be able to stop thinking about it.
