Lose 10 pounds (read all 28 entries…)

I had no IDEA that I have been working on losing 10 pounds for 2 YEARS! I just looked back to see what I was saying when I first started this goal- 2 years ago- Well, I haven’t really lost weight, but I can see a total difference. When I reread my old entries I remember what a battle it was to find the willpower to eat right- now it is 2nd nature. Instead of thinking about all the things I will try to NOT eat, I focus on filling up on nutritional things. I am gluten free now, so I don’t eat wheat. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. It’s really not so hard- but I haven’t lost weight. I am in less pain than I was 2 years ago. I have really benefitted in that way. I have neck, back, and knee pain- but it is much, much less than it was 2 years ago. I think it is better because of the exercise, and less inflammation from the food I eat. So, there have been definite benefits.
