My brother got me a fitbit for my bday! It’s helping. I need it, I’ve been adding instead of subtracting.
We attended an organic church! They were going to have some extended training from a couple that has been in an organic church for years. We were going to go back though it was almost 2 hours away. We got an email that the couple had to go back home unexpectedly- so what now, we don’t know…
I stood at a bit of a distance and sprayed with round up. Man oh man, some of it survived! This is such nasty stuff.
but it’s getting much closer to happening! I’m hopeful! It’s been raining and raining. I think tomorrow will be a nice day, and we should FINALLY get it in the ground.
I was thinking that one of the benefits of the candida diet was that my hot flashes went away. the doc said it could’ve been a coincidence. Could it be a coincidence that they are back after not being so strict with the diet? What a bummer!
reading another book about the church body to get the thinking sparks moving around my brain again.

Finally pasted the code in the right place thanks to advice from “choosing_freedom”. It has to be pasted in the about me section. I hope to start collecting flags now.
this morning I took stacks of stuff out of my closet. I restacked them on the bed. Threw a few things away. restacked. Then I went to go exercise, visit my dad, go to an art meeting. I got home at 9 and watched a little TV… my husband wanted to go to bed. So, I had to get all my stacks off the bed. I’m in a mess!
so thankful that my daughter j is recovering and so, so, so much better. so thankful to have c home for father’s day. thankful for good memories of k on father’s day- our first without him, he is missed.
so thankful that it will be easier for me to have my dad in the hospital in my town rather than an hour away. so thankful for contact with R. we are blessed with many wonderful people in our lives. so thankful for so many things.
asking God about things that are constantly on my mind, bringing them to him and trusting him for them.
