It gets easier. Put a little away at a time, then get used to living without that amount. Once you are comfortable with it, up the amount a little. Going step by step was much easier for me to manage and stick with.

I love walking. I walked everywhere I can. Grocery store, drug store, restaurants, bank, etc. It is great for relationship building with friends or spouse. It also acts as a natural anti-depressant. I highly reccomend it (and I even live in a rainy city).
It is called “Boundaries” (with some subtitle i can’t remember). It really helped my learn to set and enforce boundaries with family members.
