How I did it: Well, a couple days at the lake with the girls, and it was a beautifully warm starry, full moon night, just had to look at the lake! The water was surprisingly warm, and it makes you feel very..free. You don't realize how much your swimsuit is there untill it isn't! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went with a group, which means this was set up nearly a year in advance, with rules and chaperones.my advice is to not go with a group. I keep losing my motivation! and with my other goal of “lose ten pounds” i could really really use the motivation! I just need to set a time to do this, and stick with it. But i’m always busy, with ireggular work hours and such..bah! Motivate meeeee!
I’ve lost the first five, and seem to be keeping them off ok..its just that last five pounds that I need to get off to be happy with my weight again! Its just fat that hangs around my middle and my rear! But I am getting a pair of rollerblades soon! And i love rollerblading, so hopefully that’ll motivate me to get out there a little bit more. My next step in losing these 5 pounds is giving up cookies…ouch.
