Overdid the gym and damaged a knee tendon so… easy does it.
Setting my sights on 30 minutes a day for five out of every seven days.
Cycling somewhere counts as well as swimming, gym etc.

How I did it: Several attempts. Giving up for the week, but the weekend usually broke me, so avoid drinking during the initial week. In the end entered a 10K race and didn't want to be the last over the finish line. The fear of failure in the race was enough to keep me from smoking the preceding week.
