My family has been baking our own bread for months now. Everything is working out great, and we expect to continue indefinitely. The key is having a spouse who enjoys it and believes doing it is better for us. Thank God for good wives!
I still think about the missed opportunity from time to time. But I am mostly over it. Sometimes I think they will call me and say, “we’ve made a mistake!” Is that good to do to myself?
I am reading more at night instead of watching tv. It is hard not to watch because my wife has it on. But I find that a novel is easier to read in this situation than other types of literature.
