I want to lose weight so bad. I’ve been trying so many diets. I lose probably 5 pounds on each diet…but it seems like my clothes dont fit any different. But now Im starting over. I wanna cut back on snacks and stuff, and i want to work out more..by walking to school everyday, and going to a fitness center. Alot of people tell me that Im not really that big…but I am. Im 5’2 and weigh 180 sumthin pounds. All my weight is basically in my thighs and butt….but I still have a stomach that I want to get rid of. And my arms, face, and legs.
So each day, I will write down what I’ve ate, and maybe that’ll help me out.
