I’m SURE I MUST have done this before… But I cannot remember, so it is as though I have never done it, and must therefor experience it AGAIN for the FIRST time. Hmmm, by this philosophy, there are a LOT more things I could add to the “to (re)do list.”

I just wanted to add something. Many people seem to be only analyzing this subject from one perspective. I wrote the following as a comment to one of the entries bellow, but I wanted to also add it here incase anyone is interested.
Why is it that many of us only hold crying with a negative connotaion? If you were to have children for example, would the birth(s) of your child/ren not make you cry tears of joy? If your parent was terribly sick, would news of them getting better not make you cry out of relief/happiness? Have you never been moved by something as simle as a sunset or a child’s laughter? Sometimes I cry just thinking about how much I love someone that I know, or by thinking about how much someone might love me.
I would highly recommend this to everyone. Also crying in a closet or on the bathroom floor with the lights off and the door closed is great. Or even with your body half way under your bed (top half of body). But I have found that crying in public is the best way to cry. Like on a park bench or perhaps down by the water, or even on a bus, or on a street curb downtown. It is amazing how many people just walk on by. Not many people care. It is sad.
