Well, the detox pains didn’t last and I think it had something to do with a certain tea I drank throughout (specifically for detox symptoms). Nevertheless, I have gone back to the world of food after 5.5 days for lots of different reasons. I still believe in this cleanse…especially if it’s done right, so don’t let my quitting early take away from your motivation. I really believe that if your body feels clogged so to speak or any other feelings of uncleanliness then this cleanse can really dispell of a lot of junk. A little sign of proof….I have a disorder in which my ovaries get overly covered with cysts and mucous..and, well my periods have always been very nil if not at all. After my first completed cleanse my period was exactly how it should be and that was a first for me in over 10 years. That’s some proof. I’ll be back again in a little bit. Happy cleansing.

So, the pains have begun to start. I’m surprised they didn’t happen at first, but they’re here now. My legs and hips and, well, everything aches. Ooooo, I don’t love this at all. The worse the achiness the more I want to come up with an excuse to do this another time. I tell myself that my sis will be here soon to visit and we’ll prob have a few drinks to celebrate…maybe I should do the cleanse after the trip! But then I hear a voice that says quitting isn’t a good idea. I just don’t know. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
So, I’m not craving foods that are my nemesis any more and that’s kewl. I wonder if I can last longer this time than the ten days. Either way, I am feeling pretty good. I would like to start some aerobics and yoga this time around. Last time I kinda just rested and that was ok but I think the stagnation overload wasn’t the best for the cleansing. I did it that way because I wanted to make sure I had enough oomph to last, but I think as long as I continually have as much lemon juice mix as I need then I should be fine….no more skimping…the lack of food is enough skimping.
