so I should have actually done this a few weeks ago, bit vacation, life, etc got in the way.
I was a bit worried I had left it in the water too long, but there is still some healthy green growth in the inner core of the leaves – exactly as described on the website that I’m following so I think it’s all ok!
Next step is to let it settle for about 2 months and hope that the roots take.
This is not a quick 43T!!

*I ate way more fat than I thought I did.
*Not eating enough protein
*Need to watch the carbs
*Not drinking enough water
The first three seem to be tied to becoming mostly vegetarian over the last 6-8 months, and the recipes I’ve been choosing. Not that I am going to change the vege thing, but I am going to be a little more careful when choosing recipes. Think this will really help.

back into trying this one on a more regular basis. Am tracking from within my gyminee account so should be easier. I can easily do this one, I just tend to forget about, so need to keep it on my mind…

I am doing and participating in lots of”2.0” things. This goal is too vague and in line with another goal, I’m clearing out all my vague goals and only having specific goals instead

but this one has a more modern interface, and forums and stuff. My goal here is to use it consistently for a month, and then turn it into a regular habit after that.
I do find that when I am tracking what I weigh, eat, and exercise on a daily basis, it does work for me and I can see consistent, gradual weight loss. I am trying for 5kgs (as per my other goal here) but haven’t really done much with that one lately so I want to use this one to step it up a notch

... of this goal is kinda vague. I’ve had this one on here for a while now and am definitely eating less sugar. I think some of that started before I even came on 43T. I used to buy a bag of candy probably once every two weeks and eat it over the course of a weekend. That has definitely stopped, and I don’t feel the desire to do it anymore either. I do still eat chocolate (in fact just ate 2 little squares right now), but I don’t think that’s too much of a big deal and the goal says “less” – not “none”!.
What I have done this morning is sign up on Gyminee.com, and I’m starting a new goal to track my eating an exercising for a month (and then make it into a regular habit). I think that will be more useful, and also concise.

my course material is backordered. I have been sadly expecting a big package in the mail for the last week and a half.
I called the bookstore and it looks like they should be getting it monday and sending it out same day.
I’m really excited to find out more about this course, so that is part of it, just another week until it officially starts (so really hope my books arrive this week!)

it’s going to take a lot of work, and also saving money, paying off debt before it can really begin. It’ll be lifechanging in lots of ways and think it will be amazing if I can pull it off.
I have begun some baby steps, have to stick with these for at least 18 months (unless I win the lottery). Initial steps took place in June, and the next small step begins just over a week!
I have quite a few goals on my list that will affect this one. I really hope this one can work out, and for once in a while I now have a big long term plan instead of just drifting along. More to come on this one…. Wish me luck!!!

are really starting to confirm this for me…
for now, I guess it has to be baby steps (unless I win lotto), is probably going to take a couple of years (also tied in with my goal to save money and reduce my debt – funny how all the important ones end up related to each other…)
oh well, back to my day job for now…

didn’t take that long after all, and it was a rainy afternoon, so why not…
will leave this one on for a little while longer, still have a couple hiding in the back room that could also be unpacked – although is showing me that I really don’t need some of my “stuff”...

...and spent a bit more money than I planned, although was still relatively cheap… (coulda been worse!)
have lunch packed for tomorrow @ work, and will take some almonds and a banana as a healthy snack, plus still trying to avoid buying coffee and drinking tea from my own stash of teabags instead
But I really want to get some focus back on this one…

I got one of those 5 remaining spots – hitting refresh constantly around the time my registration was due to open…
So now I’m in, just need to get my books, and then study my butt off… I want an A in this one, could be the start of something new for me…

I definitely had a harder time getting up in the Tofino waves, but regardless, it was awesome to be out there in the water, and also to get out into the green stuff (even if I couldn’t do much with it…)
Very gorgeous location to visit (whether surfing or not) and I definitely have plans to revisit…

so I know this one seems a little greedy (especially compared to of the things people are doing on this site…) I just think it would help speed up a few things, and provide some financial security. I would definitely give some away, and it would help me be able to go back to school fulltime (a total pipedream at this point in time…) It would also help a few dreams of people within my family come true (and I’m not talking sitting around a resort for the rest of our lives, although that would be nice once in awhile…)
oh well, for now it’s back to work, and hopefully one day this could happen to me…
