postpartum pounds 13 months ago

Just had a baby 3 weeks ago. Still have 10 extra pounds on me. I’d like to get rid of them by the time I go back to work in 4 months, but as my sister put it, it took me 9 months to put on the weight, so maybe 9 months would be a more realistic goal.
