How I did it: I started smoking on and off when I was 15, never thinking it'd become a habit. One day I realized smoking had become a ritual that I really enjoyed. I loved smoking while driving, when I was still awake at 3am, when I got stressed, socially, etc. This added up to a few smokes a day.
