... and ignore all of those non-smokers tell you that “it’s just will power” because it’s not. It is tough, but you can do it like so many of us have done for ourselves. Lots or remedies and support groups out there on the Internet. Do a quick Google search with the term “stop smoking” and you can see what you get:
