I am tired of hearing about a new diet fad everytime I turn another corner!! Its about time we all start just THINKING about what we eat. I am just as guilty as the next person for this, but I am going to start using my common sendse and just go for it. People aren’t designed to eat thinks processed, with checmicals, or bleached to high heaven. I am going to eat things they way they came off the tree/vine/out of the ground. I am going to eat less meat, like we are intended to. Think about it: 100’s of years ago people had a fish that they caught or maybe a small rabt once a week. Not meat with EVERY meal like Americans do now. Bottom line is, I am going to eat what I want, but use a little brain power before it goes in my mouth:)
