stop drinking soda (read all 3 entries…)

I never intended for this to be a ‘never drink soda again’ thing, but I have decided to ride out the year. And all I really want is ginger ale when i’m sick and the occasional rootbeer float. I have a feeling that a swig of straight soda would make me sick.

Now i’m addicted to carrot juice instead.

I've got this halfway covered. 19 months ago

I seem to have trained myself to wake up around 9 am, even without an alarm. The problem is, i’m not trained to go to bed so even if I stay up until 3, I still wake up around 9. Which sucks.

One week down. 19 months ago

I did the ETL program before, but only for two weeks. This time I feel very confident and good about going the whole six weeks. Well, almost six. Very close to the end i’m attending a wedding and that is my “reward” that i’m looking towards. Afterwards i’ll come home and get back on the wagon for a few more weeks.
