I just had friends to dinner and spent half the day trying to decide how to cook the fish fillets I had bought. When I finally decided and got started, I found out I had no canned tomatoes, so half an hour before they arrived I had to go back to Plan A.
I want to be able to ask people over and feed them without getting worked up about whether they will like X, Y and Z!
