Yay! Today I finished planning for the trip. I know exactly where I’ll visit and on what days. I also went shopping for some of the things I’m taking on the trip. I’ll be packing on Saturday and Sunday…. and Monday I leave to New York City!

How I did it: Well, first I shopped around different websites (expedia, travelosity, cheaptickets) for flights and hotels. I stayed in Manhattan and because it was off season, the tickets were cheaper ($340 for hotel and flight) it was a real bargain! Which allowed me to have more money to spend in the city. Then I went to the library and checked out some books about the different attractions, and the best way to do it. I made a list of everything I wa… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I really love my long hair and decided to keep most of the length, but I got bangs. I hadn't had them since I was a child! I was very happy and relived to see that I love my new look. I feel like I'm 21 again. It's nice Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to class, didn't miss a day! I did all of my assignments. I also talked to my professors. I think it's key to really read ahead and take notes BEFORE you go to the class, it makes a big difference. Read how I did it…

Aggh! I really, really need to work on this goal! I keep making the same mistake over and over and over again. It makes a little frustrated with myself! But there is hope. I think I need to ask myself WHY do I want to be a morning person. Okay, here we go:
-I want to exercise and meditate in the morning
-Have plenty of time to make a healthy breakfast
-Take on everything else that I want to accomplish (work on my other goals)
I go, every day. With the exception of one or two days a week. I’ve embraced group classes. This week I did belly dancing and zumba (salsa and merengue) it was fun, I keep up with the hour and a half long class “regulars”. I’ve taken on an entire new concept of what it’s like to be active. It’s fun, it’s healthy and I get out of there feeling on top of the world! I just need to organize my time a little better so that I can do different types of work out like swimming. Anyway, work out 5 times a week is in fact very doable! I’ve gone from 30 min. to 45, 60 min. and now 90 min. in about two months. Physical changes have been: smaller pant size, better sleep, more confidence, feel happier!
