Well it’s been a while since I’ve logged into 43 things and alot has happened since the day that I made this a goal of mine. I’m now working with rails on a daily basis, and I’ve submitted my first patch to rails-core awhile back:

make a difference
What makes a difference? 2 years ago

To me, it’s not about impacting the world. It’s about making a difference in the lives of the people around you. In the past, I’ve been a mentor for troubled teens and a community leader through a church in my neighborhood.

I have 3 children, and now do not have much time for any of this. Now making a difference in the world means raising my children to serve others and make a difference in their own way.
