two steps forward = one step back 4 months ago

Heh, totally knew it was a bad idea
yesterday was sunny as hell, and that generally means i have anough light to be able to go through my hair and pull out the hairs that have just started to turn grey

i should know by now that any kind of hair pulling (for me at least) is a BAD idea – ended up pulling out a bit more than just the greys, and in effect undoing the 2 weeks i had that were pull free.

UGH!

Get a tattoo (read all 3 entries…)

love is the movement... 4 months ago

i’ve decicded that i want to get the words ‘love is the movement’ tattooed on my left arm, possibly my wrist – but maybe a bit higher just incase i need to cover it

i had wanted to get the very same tattoo a couple of years ago, but totally forgot about it, until recently when i feeling like total ass and decided to check out the twloha website for the first time in ages

i was feeling really down and realised that – i need something, a reminder of how awesome i am – and a tattoo could do just that, whenever i’m feeling like shit and everything seems to be falling down around me i can take a look at my arm and go ‘wait, hang on… things are going to get better – it’s alright’

also thinking of getting the words ‘shoot down the stars’ tattooed on my right arm.

I’m not sure how long it’s been since I pulled my hair out last – I think it might be a week – possibly two
I’ll go with a week to be on the safe side
