if you’ve having trouble starting, just go to the local runnign store and ask what’s going on this weekend. go to one and run as far as you can and walk the rest. it’s better with a friend. repeat until you’re running the whole way.

i live in close to downtown, where all the good movie theaters are, while most of my friends live out in the steril suburbs. whenever there is a movie i want to see, but i have nobody to go with, i will always go alone. several times i’ve seen people i know there and twice i’ve made a friend by going alone! why should someone else’s schedule conflict ruin your good time?
