Right now I try to get 8 hours of sleep every night. I fall asleep so slowly it’s almost painful as it takes over half an hour after I get in bed.
Would one of those fancy Sleep Number beds help? I’m already doing the following:
1. Keep the room for sleep and sex only
2. The room temperature is cool but not cold
3. It’s dark with not too much outside light
4. My pillows are good supporting ones
I wind up counting thousands of sheep every night….and wake up cranky and needing more sleep.

Guess I’ll have to check out some patterns on the web and go buy the yarn required, no subsitutions…
Went to the LYS and found a pattern, got some yarn and am now happily knitting myself a shawl in a lovely shade of blue.

I thought that keeping a journal would be like brushing my teeth…something I do on autopilot every day with my favorite toothpaste and my favorite toothbrush. Instead it’s like trying to take medicine that you know from past experience tastes bad. Do it fast and get it over with…
I have written in my journal, but cannot say the daily thing has happened.
To those who journal, how often do you write? Do you write for ten minutes or do you write until the pen runs out of ink? Do you put pictures, snippets of things found, or just written items?
I feel like I’ve hit a stumbling block on this one.
