Bike 100 miles in a day
Ride for Life

In September of 04, I biked 100 miles in one day for AIDSWORK of Ithaca, NY. We biked around Cayuga Lake. It was beautiful, well worth it, and we raised over 100,000 dollars for AIDSWORK.

Jai habite dans le sud de la France pour six moins. C’etait magnifique. On doit visiter Nice, Aix, Monaco, Cassis, Luberon, et L’Italie (c’est plus proche que Paris). Et… le soleil… tout le temps.

I’ve been a vegetarian for 11 years now. If done correctly, it is a very healthy lifestyle. Sometimes I slip up and find myself eating cereal all the time! But, I try to take a multivitamin and a fish-oil every day. And spinach, I always am eating spinach!
