Don’t learn the messed-up pronunciation of Spain or other countries! Mexico is also the BIGGEST Spanish-speaking country, so it’s more important to know Mexican Spanish.

This goal goes to hell if you start living the Mexican culture. Every class in school starts 5 minutes after it does on paper. It’s also completely acceptable to be around 15 minutes late for most other things. I’m not sure how I’ll handle it back home!
