this was just something that had to be done. it wasn’t bad at all. however, dude DID advise me to finish school. sigh the universe is conspiring against my secret wish to be a bum!

i’ve decided on a number this time. this number will put me smack in the middle of my suggested weight range for my height. i’m pretty sure that’s the number for me, and i know when i get there i won’t wonder if i should lose some more weight.
the number isn’t so much what this is about, though. whether i reach it or not, the goal is really to get more toned & proportional, and to be able to carry my own weight. as in, when people can do chin-ups, and jump over walls, and rock climb. right now, i can just barely lift myself off the floor when sitting cross-legged in yoga.
hmm. this is striking me as a kind of silly goal for someone who has to spend just six more months sitting in front of a computer all day & night. but i can’t wait till it ‘works with my schedule’ to have the body i want.
