Perhaps this doesn’t count as an adventure but me and my sister went on a long walk yesterday and we finally took the time to go look at the old train station that they are renovating. Yay for local history!

This is a hard one to do regularly but just last week I was at the library, studying with my sister and we decided that we needed a break so we went on an adventure(our school library is ENORMOUS, so this was actually way cooler than it sounds!). We ended up finding the oversized books section and a lot of them were really old and cool.

This year I am volunteering at a fair trade cafe. It’s only an hour a week that I work but my courseload is so heavy that I honestly don’t think I could handle any more. Next semester I want to volunteer at the community centre near my house.
