I think I’m just beginning to get on my way for this one. I’ve been eating lots of fruit and taking extra helpings of veggies, while avoiding prefab foods, snack foods, and excessive meat at meal times. I really think I’ve been feeling a difference. Going to keep going on this. Today I had:
2 bananas
some chocolate, not much, good natural chocolate though
2 rice cakes
a glass of soy milk
and for supper is chicken kiev, salad, and mashed potatoes. I might have some peach slices if I get hungry later.

I’m over half done, just read a bit on the bus today. I can’t even remember the last time I finished a book, aside from school reading.
