I’m in wonderment of the natural word and the food it gives us. Without trying to sound like a total weirdo, I look closely at the food, natural unprocessed food, and am amazed at how it grows, and how much it resembles us. The parts that look like veins, outer protective skin, seeds. The more I pay attention to what I am putting in my mouth, the more the flavor seems to burst through. Therefore, the more amazing food is, the easier it is to eat healthier.

I’ve tried meditation in the past, and have done okay, but never really clicked or became a passion of mine. Recently, while listening to the “New Earth” class on podcast, Eckart Tolle directed us into a breathing meditation, which did seem to click. Maybe I’m more ready for it now. And have used it often since the class.
