This was one of my goals to do with lose weight and i’m please to report that I now walk for at least 1 hour per day and I have lost 42lbs.
When I first started I have to admit that I hated exercise with a passion!! I’d do anything I could to avoid it! Surprisingly now that I have a decent fitness level there is nothing more invigorating then going out for a walk in the morning to clear your head.
GOOD LUCK with your goals everyone, you can do this! One step, or bench press, or swimming lap at a time. ;)

10 months since i’ve updated even! This was my biggest goal, to lose some weight this year. And YAY i’ve done it – i’m 19kg lighter (42lb) – my goal was to lose 20kg so i’ve only got one kg to go! However i’m not too worried about that as i’m now happy with what I weigh.
Don’t give up everyone because you CAN DO THIS!!
