I go January 7th for my 21st birthday with my gorgeous boyfriend. I couldn’t think of anything better! Can’t wait!!

I made cheesecake from scratch yesterday for the first time. I served it to 10 people and all said they liked it and I even got requests for seconds! I love getting good feedback because it makes me want to try more challenging and exciting dishes to cook!

I go to Disneyland Florida in July :) Will also be my first trip to America! Can’t wait!

I’ve been watching cookery shows lately and have a list of things to cook:

Chicken Curry (from scratch with all the spices and stuff!)
Bombay potatoes
Fridge Cake
Butternut Squash Salad
Vegetable Lasagne
White Chocolate Cheesecake

I also want to perfect the art of chocolate brownies :D

My hobby seems to be looking for a hobby!! I spend my days off deciding what to do with myself and before i know it the day’s over! I think i need to join a dance class or something…

I’m planning on doing this on my gap year – joining a surf school in Brisbane, Australia :D Soooo can’t wait!!

My boyfriend surprised me to a 4 day getaway in Paris on valentines day. Was amazing!! I was completely in love with the Eiffel Tower and had the most romantic val day ever! ALthough i would suggest going when it’s a bit warmer – It was freezing cold and it’s hard to concentrate on the view from the eiffel tower when there’s ice on the steel and you can’t feel your toes!

I’ve decided to remove this goal as it is beyond my control! It’s nice to dream about but im making space for stuff i can physically achieve!

Just bought a Holga and an Action Sampler! I’ve made the first step to being a lomographer! :D

For the last year I have been determined that I will take a gap year after uni (I’m going into my second year now). I planned the whole thing – surf school in Sydney, learning meditation in Thailand, road trip up the west coast in California, chillin in Fiji and chucking New Zealand and New York into the mix in between. However I am starting to see serious glitches in my plan! Another one of my goals is to move in with my boyfriend, which I reallllly want to do. But if I did that, we would have to move back to our parents before we went travelling and have to find somewhere to live again when we get back. So obviously the solution to this is to just wait to move until after travelling… My uni course lasts 4 years so that would be 4 years until we would be able to live together. Which is long! Another issue is my career. My uni is infamous for helping you find a job when you graduate so I may have problems when I return from travelling… And the main issue is obviously money. Anyone have fundraising ideas? Should I just take the year out and let my relationship and my career wait? Or should I perhaps do mini-trips in the summer or do a placement abroad?? Life is confusing…

Made a cake for my step-brother’s birthday. It was chocolate sponge with buttercream and sprinkles and galaxy minstrels around the top. Nobody believed that I made it because it was so good. I’m so proud, definitely the best thing I’ve cooked!

... is everyone else studying or intending to study a fashion degree? I’m halfway through mine at the moment. Just wondering if anyone was working their way up instead?

I made chicken enchiladas. Ok so they were a bit spicier than i’d imagined but it’s a step in the right direction right? :)

Finally cleared out my wardrobe! Was hard saying goodbye to some sentimental clothes but i figured i wont wear it again and i gave tham all to charity anyway so someone else can benefit from them. And now there’s lots of space to buy more! :)

MAC is so totally worth the price. Fluidline eyeliner in blacktrack is awesome!

I left one for the first time! Wrote a post-it and stuck it on the back of a chair on the train :) Made me feel really good just doing it!

Growing up with the program meant i saved my pocket money every week to buy the latest video. Seemed like a worthy purchase at the time but now i have an attic full of videos…

I recommend you watch them on E4 instead!!
