I work out five times a week for 1.5 hours. I never eat more than 1500 calories a day during the week, and I do about 1750 on weekend nights when I drink. I used to eat about 2500 calories a day before .
I’ve only lost about five pounds in the last month, but I feel terrific! I can feel in my abs, arms, and thighs that I have gained a ton of muscle mass. I love it.
