I actually took a demo flight lesson! It was awesome! So I can’t actually fly a plane, but I have flown one all by myself for all of 5 minutes!

How I did it: This was a really fun race! I can see why people really enjoy running this particular distance. It's a big challenge, without leaving you dead at the end! I trained for the race over the course of 9 months, building up my mileage slowly, and running a race almost every month leading up to it. 5K, 5miler, 10miler, 5K, 10K, 4miler...
