This is pretty self-explanatory.
I’ve had so much going on that I’ve lost perspective and stopped paying attention. Time to smell the roses.
I want to tell people I love them, give random hugs, lend pencils (my pencils have a habit of disappearing), give compliments, open doors, help carry books, ask questions to generate positive conversation…and so forth, every single day.
I’d like to write about this goal several times a week, if not daily, just to keep good track of my progress.

I need to get over this guy.
Past attempts were unsuccessful and led to a relationship that was short and sweet but ended kind of nastily.
Who needs that?

1. At least six and a half hours of sleep per night. I’ve determined this to be the threshhold between being able to function and sleepwalking.
2. Eat small, healthy meals every 3 to 4 hours, or at least snack between meals.
3. Avoid soda, coffee, and tea.
4. Stay hydrated.
5. Take the Citalopram.
6. Take the iron and keep eating iron-rich foods.
7. Keep an eye on that heart rate.
8. Take good care of myself; keep myself looking and feeling as good as possible.
9. Smile. A lot.
10. Stay relaxed and calm.
11. Do the things that need to be done when they need to be done.
12. Stress and obsess less.
13. Don’t feel guilty about taking care of myself, because if I can’t function, I can’t help others.
:)
