I have just returned from a week celebrating the Valencian festival of Fallas, staying with my best friend and her boyfriend over there. We walked soo much, taking in all the beautiful buildings. At night we partied in the streets until 5am. I met people from several areas of Spain, Mexico and even Finland. I also learned some Spanish, e.g. ‘Donde esta los caballos? Queso’

How I did it: I maxed out my credit card twice over whilst living beyond my means at uni, and whilst my debt was miniscule compared to some, in relation to my income it put me under strain. The first time I paid it off, my lack of self control meant I ended up in more debt than before. I was sick of a large chunk of my income every month going towards making the minimum payment, and decided to get serious about paying it off. This meant cutting up… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Having been horse mad as a child, I started taking weekly riding lessons and helping out at my local riding stables as a 10 year old. I unfortunately gave up aged 15 after the pony love of my life was sold unexpectedly. I wasn't lucky enough to have my own pony or horse, and I was sick of getting attached to riding school horses only for them to be yanked from my life a few months later as they were sold on. Years past and work, soci… Read how I did it…
Day 6 was completed yesterday, after a loooong weekend which saw me do pretty much no exercise. Aiming for day 7 tonight after work! 21 days until my holiday!!
Missed a few days over the weekend but can’t really afford to do it again! 26 days left in the Shred, and approximately 30 days until I go on holiday – just realised that I’ve been undercounting by about a week! :(
Actually making an effort with the cool down portion at the end – usually sitting in the splits for so long kills me, and I can never get down very far in between my legs.
