I didn’t really go on a diet perse, but I went to a nutritionist at my school (it was free) and she told me that it was really important to have a well balanced meal along with trying to lower calories and all that. To have a balanced diet you need at least one thing from either the dairy or protein category and at least two from the grains, fruits, or vegetables category. Once I actually bought fresh stuff instead of getting everything from the freezer it really helped. not that its that easy considering im a college student, but it work. ive actually lost about 20lbs by now. and i did try to exersise a little more because i never did before. i just went once or twice a week.
