The biggest loser

Well, I wasnt huge to start with, but for the last 3 months i have been going to the gym, eating well and looking after myself, and guess what, its working!
A big part of it I think is learning to like yourself. I am doing just that, and in the process, treating myself the way i deserve to be treated. I have lost 10 kilos so far.
By not putting pressure on myself to be skinny quick i am losing weight that will stay off by changing habits long term.
