i am failing miserably on this one – but i am not as bad as i used to be. I’ve started a daily face cleasing routine and i have to wash and blowdry my hair more often cos of work. (i do it every second day now instead of once a month!) but i still haven’t brought any make up. or learnt how to apply it.
Makeup costs moeny and i’m trying to save every penny!!!

I left perth so i had a going away and i organised and i was the guest of honour … it’s all about me!!!!
i just found out it costs £20 to join.
wlthough i’d still think about joining i’d wonder now if there is a way to do it free.
i might hold off on this for a while till i have the money to pay the membership fee!
So i finally read the “paperwork” that came with the life model register thing i filled out and it seems i have to:
“LONDON applicants must pose at one of our Bare Facts life drawing workshops in Holloway (Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings) and Richmond (Friday evenings), by way of an unpaid audition. You are asked to do a combination of short (5 or 10 minute) poses and one or two longer ones, up to 45 minutes. We are checking basic ability to keep still for long periods as well as initiative (you choose the poses) and a reasonable body awareness in the short poses, enabling you to do more than just sit or stand around.
BEGINNERS can apply in London, but they usually have to come back two or three times before they gain enough confidence and ability to be accepted onto the Register. However, this isn’t always the case – some people are ‘naturals’! Unfortunately, we can’t pay beginners for any extra sessions they may be asked to do – just regard it as free training!”
So it seems i will be at least doing one art class – maybe i’ll enjoy it and go on and do more?? who knows.
I have decided after my debts are close to being paid off i am going to save to make my first movie.
I was hoping to be workign out at Silverstone this year for the Formula One – but unfortunatly i didn’t get my act together and missed out.
I just dont have the money to watch the race live – although i would give anything for a ticket. Hopefully i’ll be able to visist the track at some point during the year – and hopefully I’ll be sensible enough to save to go next year. But next year i’d rather save and watch the Monaco race.
It’s getting easier as i go … i’m inspired to keep going with the 2 sets of 100 per day – cos i know in the future i may miss days and i think that gives me “credits”(?) to miss some.
Is doing 200 per day overdoing it? i’m concerned if i mix it in with other excercises that i’m going to feel less inclined to remember. I’m pretty happy with the rest of my body, but i remember reading some where that arm excercises should be balanced with legs.
What do you balance abdomen excercises with?
i remembered!!!! I did it first thing when i got out of bed and again just 10 mins ago!
starting to feel muscles in there. is it too soon – am i just imagining it. i’ve got to start thinking about getting rid of the flab that is covereing my future ab’s of steel! maybe i’ll have to start doing excercise! although i do walk to the train station and home again (that’s about 40 mins each day) plus i spend 7 hours walking at work at the momment (and climbing stairs) so i think i’ll wait till i finish at this job.
woo hoo i rememered this morning. Now the challenge is to get to day 4.
I’m temping at the moment in an office that requires me to do A LOT of walkign around over 3 floors. I’m quite exhausted when i get home but my legs are starting to feel in fine shape!!!
I want a Southern Cross Tattoo.
In Navy Blue filled in Stars and i think i want it on my Lower back or ankle.
I hope to get this done before the end of the year. I might do it for my birthday.
Week one successful. I have backed up all my old documents (except for one month of photos that just doesn’t want to burn,) and now have all my current new documents backed up.
I have also created the drop folder on my desktop that everything gets saved into until it is backed up.
I even sent off some cds of peoples work i have done that i have backed up.
i remembered this morning and did it first thing when i got out of bed.
I also did another hundred when i got home from work – so that’s really 200 for the day – but i have a feling i might forget in the morning – and if i do i wont get the chance to do them tomorrow night.
I also had a read of the posts about how to do the sit ups. and i tried the legs on the bed one – it’s fantastic. i think i might have to do it like that for a week tilli build up my stomach and back strength.
